Privacy
What we hold, why, and what we never take.
What signing in gives us
Google sign-in gives us your account identifier and email address. The identifier is how your documents and transcripts are kept separate from anyone else's. We do not receive your Google password, and we ask for no access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts.
What you upload
Resumes and documents you upload are stored against your account and used only to answer your own questions. They are not used to train any model and are not shared with other users.
Audio and transcripts
Audio is captured only while you switch a session on, and is streamed to a speech-to-text provider to be turned into text. We do not store the audio itself. Transcripts are stored against your account so you can read them back.
What is deliberately not collected
Usage analytics record which controls were used, not what was said. Question text, answer text and transcript content are filtered out before anything is recorded, and that filter is enforced by a test.
Deleting your data
You can export everything held against your account, and delete the account and its data, from the dashboard. Deletion removes your documents, transcripts and sessions.
